For many years, the BBRZ has been an established point of contact for people who want to reorient themselves professionally, re-enter the labour market after health or personal challenges or obtain specific qualifications. With offers in the areas of vocational rehabilitation, qualification and integration, the BBRZ supports people in developing their potential and opening up new prospects on the labour market.

We are now building on this proven foundation under the new umbrella brand Expertis Group. Expertise will be bundled further and services will be made even more visible on the market.

Combined strengths for better orientation

The Expertis Group brings together education, integration and rehabilitation services under a single brand. For customers, this primarily means a better overview and easier access to a broad, harmonised range of services. Different support needs can thus be considered holistically and accompanied along continuous education and development paths - from initial orientation to sustainable integration into employment.

Greater impact through networking and synergies

The group of companies still includes independent organisations such as FAB, BFI Upper Austria and BBRZ, which contribute their respective strengths. They will work even more closely together in future under the new umbrella brand. This stronger networking creates synergies, facilitates the development of joint programmes and makes it possible to better combine measures. For customers, this will result in seamless transitions and customised support models without unnecessary interfaces.

Employment as a shared mission

The mission of "employment" is at the centre of all activities. The Expertis Group focuses on practical qualifications, individual support and flexible learning formats such as online and hybrid programmes. This labour market-oriented approach helps to prepare people specifically for current requirements and increase their chances of sustainable employment.

The new brand identity is an expression of this further development. The brand has been gradually implemented since autumn 2025 and is now being rolled out externally with a uniform presence in digital and analogue channels. The complete changeover will be finalised in the course of 2026.
