A recent development now actively involves Burgenland in this cluster. This means that 50 more companies are contributing their expertise to the Green Tech Valley research network.
A partnership for green innovations
A disproportionately high number of technologies for a sustainable future are being developed in southern and eastern Austria in particular. Burgenland, as a pioneer in the field of renewable power generation, is leading the way in this development. Through the integration of around 50 companies and research institutions, particularly in the field of energy and environmental technology, the Green Tech Valley is now gaining in size through Burgenland.
There are joint growth opportunities, particularly in areas such as green hydrogen, batteries, green electricity and heat, transformation towards climate-neutral industry and the circular economy.
Cluster Power
There are many advantages for the companies. They can strengthen their innovative power through joint strategies and technology workshops. Leading companies and innovators are involved in working groups and exchange formats, while Burgenland students have the opportunity to found their own start-ups as part of the Green Tech Summer. In addition, the cluster reception and the new funding map will make all relevant information and networking opportunities easily accessible.
