The event is aimed at school pupils, students, career starters and anyone who would like to find out about jobs, training and companies in their area.
In a relaxed atmosphere, discussions with employees, guided tours and hands-on stations offer the opportunity to exchange ideas with potential employers and find out about career opportunities directly on site. The Long Night of Careers impressively demonstrates that a promising future doesn't have to be far away - it often starts right where you are at home.
Binder+Co: High-tech from Gleisdorf close enough to touch
Binder+Co, based in Gleisdorf, will once again be taking part and offering a varied programme for all those interested in technology. The internationally active company specialises in machine and system solutions for industrial processing - from bulk materials to recycling materials.
On 10 April, visitors can take a guided tour of the company to see which high-tech machines are manufactured in Gleisdorf and where they are used around the world. A specially prepared test stand will be set up in the Research & Development department to demonstrate how selected technologies work. In a relaxed atmosphere, employees will provide personal insights into their day-to-day work, the various professional fields at Binder+Co - and which paths can lead to the company. Another highlight is a VR application that allows visitors to virtually immerse themselves in an entire Binder+Co plant.
