What happens when sporting ambition, team spirit and the desire to do good come together? Binder+Co provided the answer with its first-ever “Binder+Co Move Challenge”. Under the motto “Health and exercise are our key to success”, the four-week campaign motivated numerous employees to get active together – and in doing so, to achieve far more than just personal fitness goals.

Every bit of exercise counts

The challenge took place in the run-up to the Business Marathon and was deliberately based on a simple yet effective idea: every form of exercise earned points for the shared account. Whether running, cycling, yoga, hiking or simply climbing the stairs every day – every activity was taken into account and contributed to the overall result.

The focus was not on competition between individuals, but on the shared goal. The initiative strengthened team spirit within the company and impressively demonstrated how much can be achieved when everyone pulls together.

Physical activity with social value

But the “Binder+Co Move Challenge” had another dimension. The exercise points collected were converted into a donation. By the end of the four weeks, a total of 1,500 euros had been raised, which will go towards the support fund of the municipality of Gleisdorf.

This meant that every step, every cycle ride and every training session was doubly valuable. The participants not only invested in their own health, but also made an important contribution to people in need of support.

“The high level of participation in our Move Challenge has shown just how much we can achieve together. I am particularly pleased that, through the commitment of our employees, we have not only done something for health and team spirit, but have also been able to support people in our region,” emphasises Mag. Mario Stockreiter, member of the Executive Board of Binder+Co AG.

Achieving more together

The successful launch of the challenge demonstrates just how closely health, motivation and social responsibility can be linked. The enthusiasm of the employees and the strong sense of community made the initiative a special experience for everyone involved.

We think it’s #brilliant when every movement not only leads to better health but also provides tangible help for people in the region.

It's nice to see so many positive things:
