In perfect weather, numerous guests enjoyed a varied programme ranging from fun and games to culinary delights.
A day for young and old
Whether it was a bouncy castle, games or a barbecue - there was something for every age group. The focus was particularly on the children: under the professional guidance of the Kinderfreunde, a colourful programme was offered that delighted the little ones and allowed parents to have relaxed conversations with their colleagues. Adults also had the opportunity to socialise in a relaxed atmosphere and get to know their colleagues better outside of their day-to-day work.
Managing Director Felix Schober was delighted with the atmosphere: "It was very important to us to create a party for everyone. Not only for our employees, but also for their families. After all, they are the ones who do a lot in the background. I am particularly pleased that our first family party was so well received."
Kinderfreunde: more than just childcare
A special highlight was the programme for the youngest guests, which was organised by the Kinderfreunde. As one of the largest family and children's organisations in Austria, they have decades of experience in childcare. Their programmes are far more than just supervision: with creative games, exercise sessions, craft activities and educationally supervised activities, they create spaces in which children can discover new things and are well looked after at the same time. At the Schober family party, the Kinderfreunde ensured that the little ones not only felt entertained, but also encouraged and taken seriously.
#schongenial, because such activities not only strengthen team spirit but also symbolise appreciation for the employees' families.
