This is made possible by the great commitment of numerous volunteers. They invest their free time to lead training sessions, organise tournaments or simply be there when support is needed. Their commitment not only strengthens young talent, but also social interaction in the entire community.
Celebrating together, being strong together
But despite all the sporting discipline, fun should not be neglected. Union Leonding regularly organises events that both enrich club life and contribute to financial support. A highlight in the event calendar this year was once again the Oktoberfest, which was celebrated after the home match against ASKÖ Luftenberg. The sporting programme began in the afternoon with the reserve match, before the festivities got underway at the club grounds in the evening. Players, fans, families and friends came together to enjoy traditional music, a cosy atmosphere and the best food and drink. A celebration that not only strengthened the club's finances, but also the community.

To make such events a success, it takes not only helping hands, but also strong partners from the business world. One of these is SIWA Online GmbH, which has been supporting the association as a sponsor for some time. Managing Director Jochen Landvoigt emphasises:
