Under the motto "Strengthen teams. Reduce CO₂.", environmental responsibility is made tangible - practical, motivating and with a measurable effect.
Sustainability starts in the mind - and in the team
Change starts with people - and that's exactly where GreenWalk comes in. In an interactive workshop, employees are sensitised to the topic of climate protection. The aim is to understand why sustainable action is important and how each individual can contribute. The content is based on sound science, but is communicated in such a way that it is easily accessible and can be applied in practice.
The focus is not on a lecture, but on the joy of helping to shape things. The participants work together to develop ideas on how to reduce CO₂ in everyday life at the company - from a more conscious use of resources to new forms of collaboration.
From workshop to real change
A central component of GreenWalk is the formation of a so-called "Green Team". This group is made up of committed employees who act as internal ambassadors for sustainability. They accompany the change process, initiate new projects and ensure that the topic remains permanently present - even long after the workshop.
However, GreenWalk does not leave companies alone with their ideas. After the workshop, a six-week implementation phase begins, during which the team receives methodical support. There are regular check-ins, practical tools and plenty of room for feedback. This maintains motivation and momentum - and progress becomes visible.
Climate protection as an opportunity for corporate culture
GreenWalk is more than just a sustainability programme. It is an invitation to rethink corporate culture. When employees work together towards a meaningful goal, new connections, creativity and a stronger sense of unity are created. At the same time, it shows that climate protection and economic success are not mutually exclusive - on the contrary. Companies that get involved are perceived as modern, responsible and sustainable.
GreenWalk is aimed at organisations that want to take their first steps in climate protection - as well as those that want to deepen their strategy. It is an offer to not only think sustainability, but to really live it. Further information is available at greenwalk.jetzt.
