With Vienna Pastry Arts, he has created his own platform to pass on his knowledge in exclusive workshops. There he shares his passion for pralines, chocolate showpieces and artistic patisserie.

Victory at the World Chocolate Master Central Europe

In November 2024, Warmuth reached a milestone in his career: he won the prestigious World Chocolate Master Central Europe competition to become Austrian & German Chocolate Master. The competition, which was held under the motto "Play", demanded playful and creative chocolate creations from the participants. Warmuth impressed the jury with his unique creations, which were inspired by Vienna and Schönbrunn Zoo. His chameleon showpiece was particularly impressive and also won him the prize for best chocolate sculpture.

Belgium 2026: The world championship is calling

Warmuth's victory secured him a ticket to the 2026 World Chocolate Masters final in Belgium. This competition is considered the most prestigious championship for chocolatiers worldwide and brings together the best talents to compete against each other in various disciplines. The theme of "Play" will also take centre stage there - a challenge that Warmuth should master perfectly with his creative approach.

Mentor and support from Maitre Chocolatier Wenschitz

Warmuth will receive valuable support from Maitre Chocolatier Wenschitz so that he can optimally prepare for the competition. As a renowned chocolate expert, Wenschitz is making his chocolate academy available to him free of charge for training purposes. This collaboration will enable Warmuth to refine his techniques to the highest level and prepare himself for the world final in the best possible way.

With a lot of passion, creativity and the right team at his side, Johannes Warmuth will do everything he can to represent Austria on the international chocolate stage in Belgium in 2026.
