Here, parents and their children (aged 3 to 12) can recharge their batteries for three weeks - professionally accompanied and supported and above all: together.
Therapy for parents and (relief) quality time for children
The centrepiece of mia is a preventative, therapeutic programme for mothers and fathers. In group and individual discussions, mindfulness training, stress management workshops and parent coaching sessions, they learn strategies and methods for coping well with the challenges of everyday family life and taking care of themselves. Exercise programmes, relaxation sessions and nutritional advice complement the holistic concept.
At the same time, the children receive age-appropriate educational support. In addition to learning support for school-age children, the focus is on play, creativity, exercise and social interaction - all embedded in fixed childcare times that give parents space for their therapeutic time-out. This creates a protected environment for both sides - with time for individual development and growing together.
Finding new paths together
The special thing about mia is the combination of professional support and genuine family leisure time. There is plenty of space for playing, talking and discovering together during the time without supervision - moments that are often neglected in everyday life. This conscious togetherness strengthens the emotional connection and helps to develop new rituals and ways for everyday family life together with the children.
Parents and children are accommodated in cosy rooms with their own bathroom, common rooms, kitchen and garden. The catering is balanced and can be tailored to individual needs. The surrounding area of Bad Hall with its spa gardens, playgrounds and thermal baths also offers numerous opportunities for relaxation.
#schongenial that there is professional space to recharge as a family - with heart, structure and genuine support.
