On 21 November 2025, the Brucknerhaus Linz was transformed into a place full of energy, exchange and inspiration. More than a thousand participants came to the "Let's Get Visible Festival 2025", which clearly focussed on women and their visibility, but was deliberately open to all genders.

Men who want to actively support gender equality were just as welcome as non-binary people, a sign that change only works together.

Right at the beginning, powerful keynotes provided goosebump moments: stories about courage, vulnerability and the path to true visibility characterised the morning. It wasn't just about getting louder, but about appearing more authentic, self-confident and clearer. The speakers contributed personal experiences that directly moved many in the audience.

Plenty of room for exchange & connection

A varied programme of workshops, panels, talk circles and masterclasses took place on several stages. The small discussion rounds were particularly popular, providing honest insights and plenty of room for individual questions. Topics such as career planning, self-marketing, work-life balance and mental strength struck a chord with many participants.

Between sessions, lounge and networking areas provided the perfect opportunity to socialise and support each other. Despite the clear focus on empowerment for women, the community was deliberately inclusive: people from different backgrounds engaged in dialogue, exchanged experiences and found new impetus for joint change.

A festival whose momentum carries on

At the end, it was clear that "Let's Get Visible 2025" had done more than just generate momentum: It triggered movement. Many visitors not only took away new knowledge, but above all the confidence to really take the next step, both professionally and personally. The discussions continued after the end of the programme, new collaborations were initiated and some visions were expressed aloud for the first time.

The festival impressively demonstrated that visibility is a shared process that grows when people strengthen each other. And it is precisely this feeling of cohesion, courage and mutual empowerment that has an impact far beyond this one day. #schongenial.

It's nice to see so many positive things:
