One last big dream on the snow
Conny Hütter has been one of Austria’s most successful female ski racers for years. Among other achievements, the Styrian won bronze in the Super-G at the 2023 World Ski Championships in Courchevel, claimed the Downhill World Cup in the 2023/24 season and fulfilled a lifelong dream by winning Olympic bronze in 2026.
Now comes the next chapter: her final World Cup season. At a press conference in Graz, Hütter made it clear why she is not yet thinking of retiring: her passion for the sport remains undiminished. A particularly emotional moment: the World Championships in Crans-Montana – a place that has been with her since the start of her career – are set to mark both the highlight and the conclusion of her career.
