The aim is to promote individual resources, open up new perspectives and enable long-term professional integration. The focus is always on the individual - with their skills, potential and history. In addition to professional training and further education, the BBRZ places particular emphasis on holistic support that incorporates psychological, social and health aspects. The focus is on building stability, self-efficacy and resilience as well as concrete preparation for the labour market.
With this comprehensive expertise, the BBRZ is not only a reliable partner for rehabilitants, but also for companies that want to actively promote the health and satisfaction of their employees. This is particularly evident in the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - a preventative advisory service that provides professional help where stress begins and solutions are needed.
Professional help - discreet, personal and effective
The Employee Assistance Programme offers confidential and solution-oriented counselling for professional, health and private concerns. Whether stress, family problems, bullying, addiction or excessive demands - qualified psychologists and therapists are on hand to support employees and managers.
The programme is tailored to the needs of each company. The counselling process is low-threshold: employees can contact the programme at any time via an anonymous hotline. The first conversation serves as an orientation - then an individual decision is made as to whether personal, telephone or digital counselling is appropriate. Confidentiality and professionalism are given the highest priority.
