Kinesthetics lecture strengthens body and soul
In addition to chat counselling, Caritas offers practical support: on Friday, 12 September, from 17:00 to 18:30, there will be a free online lecture on kinaesthetics. free online lecture on kinaesthetics will take place. The technique of mindful movement supports people in need of care in maintaining their independence and helps carers to prevent overload.
Expert Evelin Riedler, a qualified healthcare and nursing professional, provides insights into the basics and demonstrates simple exercises for everyday life together with the participants. "The interactive lecture offers a valuable opportunity to protect your own health and improve the quality of life of relatives in need of care at the same time," emphasises Zauner.
