Whether it's going to the zoo one last time, petting an elephant, visiting your favourite football club or simply going home one last time to say goodbye to your family. Humanity, dignity and compassion take centre stage. The association is not subsidised by the state and is financed exclusively by donations and voluntary work.
Travelling together - also virtually
In order to mobilise as many people as possible for this unique project, the Rolling Angels Association is organising a virtual charity run. From 25 - 27 April 2025, anyone can take part - regardless of where they live or their fitness level. The idea: run, walk or stroll wherever and whenever you want and do good at the same time.
How the virtual run works
Taking part is very simple: you register online on the Rolling Angels association's website under ROLLING ANGELS RUN 2025 - Rolling Angels and choose a distance. There is a choice:
- Kids Run (1 km)
- Runs for adults (5, 10 or 21 km)
- Nordic Walking (5 or 10 km)
- Dog Walking (5 km)
Entry fees start at €10. Those who choose the large package (€24) will also receive an exclusive running headband with the motto "I run for Rolling Angels".
Special highlights are the flagship runs in Pichl bei Wels (26 April) and Linz (27 April), where participants can also meet each other physically.
Every step counts
All proceeds will go to the Rolling Angels Association to fulfil last wishes. Every step becomes a sign. Every step becomes a sign of hope - for a last smile and an unforgettable moment.
